How To Close a Scentsy Party on Workstation
Is this your first time closing out a party, and you’re feeling a bit nervous? Don’t worry–this tutorial is for you!
First, go to your Parties tab on your workstation. Click on the name of the party you would like to close out. This will bring you to the Party Details page (pictured below.)
Make sure your hostess’s information, especially her e-mail address, is listed appropriately.
If it is not, click “Edit” and fix it. Then, be sure to copy and paste your hostess’s shipping address somewhere, because you’ll need it when you get to the check-out area.
Once you’re ready to close the party, click the “Mark as Closed” button. (Don’t worry–if something goes wrong, you’ll still be able to reopen the party unless you’ve already redeemed the hostess rewards.)
After you’ve closed the party, scroll down to the section labeled Hostess Rewards. Assuming you’ve already collected your hostess’s order, click “Redeem Hostess Rewards.”
I message my hostess, copying and pasting the hostess rewards shown below (but exchanging the words “Free Product” for “Free Sheet of Jams” for clarity.)
I then let her choose how she would prefer to pay–she can call me with her credit card info (or e-mail it to my Gmail account so I can immediately delete it when I’m done, she can pay me via cash or check, or she can send me money via Paypal
(if she chose any other method other than a credit card, she would be reimbursing you, and you would be paying with your credit card for the order.) She also has the option of simply redeeming the free rewards.
